There is no doubt that shortcuts to files, folders and applications are something useful, but the problem is when your desktop is full of them, wasting your time looking for the right one and making the whole place look a mess.

To solve this problem is this practical program called Stargate Link Boss, which groups by category (including subcategories) your shortcuts and saves them in a menu. The most interesting thing about this is that the menu isn`t visible on the desktop, only when the mouse is passed over it. That makes everything clean and tidy, and you only use it when you need it.
